    The subject of this Distance Sales Agreement Preliminary Information Form is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) listed below, which are sold by the SELLER to the ORDERER\/BUYER, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014\/29188). By accepting this preliminary information form, the BUYER acknowledges that they are under the obligation to pay the order price and any additional fees (e.g., shipping, taxes) when confirming the order.<\/p>

        3.1 The basic features (type, quantity, brand\/model, color, quantity) of the product(s)\/service(s) are available on the SELLER’s website. You can review the product details during the campaign period.
        3.2 The prices listed on the website are the sale prices. The prices and offers are valid until updated or changed. The advertised price is valid for the specified period.<\/p>

        1. GENERAL TERMS<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          4.1 The BUYER confirms, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the basic features of the product, the sale price, and payment method, and delivery information available on the SELLER’s website.
          4.2 The product will be delivered within the specified period on the website, not exceeding 30 days, depending on the distance from the BUYER’s residence.
          4.3 The SELLER agrees to deliver the product free of defects and in compliance with the specified order and relevant regulations.
          4.4 If the SELLER cannot fulfill the contract obligations, they will notify the BUYER within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.
          4.5 The BUYER will inform the SELLER electronically for any cancellations or non-payment of the product.<\/p>

          1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            5.1 The BUYER may use the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the product’s delivery, without any legal or financial responsibility, and without giving any reason, by informing the SELLER.
            5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing within 14 days via registered mail, fax, or email and return the product in its original condition.<\/p>

            1. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:<\/p>

              • Prone to deterioration or expiration.<\/li>\n\n
              • Products whose protective packaging (e.g., seals, bands) has been opened after delivery.<\/li>\n\n
              • Customized or personal use products.<\/li><\/ul>
