Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery Information

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Products that are in stock and paid for via credit card or bank transfer before 16:00 (based on transaction approval time) will be shipped the same day. Products that are not in stock will be delivered to the courier company within 72 hours at the latest.

Where do you ship to? We ship to all addresses in Turkey and Northern Cyprus that can be reached by our contracted shipping companies. If your package is not delivered within the specified time, you can email info@drdilmac.com for information.

What happens if I buy more than one product? All orders made on weekdays by 16:00, as well as those made on weekends or holidays, will be shipped in one package to the address in the system.

What are the conditions for returning the product(s) I purchased? If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we are ready to accept returns. You can return the product within 7 days of receiving it, as long as the packaging is not damaged, it has not been used, and you provide the necessary documentation (e.g., receipt). Please contact us via email at info@drdilmac.com before returning the product.

Can I cancel my order? Cancellation requests must be sent to info@drdilmac.com or to 0534 930 0444 by 16:00 on business days. Your request will be processed immediately (credit card refund processing may take 1-2 days).

What should I do if the product I ordered is missing or damaged? All products are checked and securely packaged before being shipped to you, in accordance with the product details listed on the sales page. If there is any defect or issue caused by us, we will immediately process a return or provide a replacement. If the damage is due to faulty shipping, please ask the courier to write a report, which must be signed by both you and the courier.
